About Lesson
The nervous system is the body’s communication network, responsible for sending signals between the brain and various parts of the body. Proper alignment of the spine and other skeletal structures is crucial for the efficient transmission of these signals. When the tongue is not in the correct position, it can lead to misalignment of the cervical spine, which can, in turn, affect the autonomic nervous system.
The autonomic nervous system controls many involuntary functions, such as heart rate, digestion, and respiratory rate. Misalignment caused by poor tongue posture can disrupt these functions, leading to a range of physical and emotional health issues.
