In life, we often find ourselves entangled in patterns and cycles that seem impossible to break free from. For me, it took years of heartache and disappointment to realize that the key to unlocking true healing and transformation lies within the wisdom of our own bodies. This realization led me to create Bodi Kemistri—a practice centered around breathwork and movement, designed to help individuals release stored trauma and reclaim their power.

Several years ago, amidst the chaos of the pandemic, I made a decision to create my best life and open myself up to the possibility of romantic love. However, my journey towards love was clouded by past heartbreaks and a deep-seated fear of being hurt again. For years, I had closed myself off emotionally, unable to trust myself or others.

But inspired by podcasts and YouTube videos that spoke of manifesting one’s ideal reality, I took a leap of faith in 2021 and attached myself to someone I saw a future with. However, the relationship didn’t unfold as I had hoped.

Through the practice of Bodi Kemistri, I became acutely aware of the information stored within my body—the pain, the sadness, the feelings of lack and unworthiness. I learned to pay attention to this information and make decisions based on my truth. When I realized I desired a husband and deserved to be treated as a wife, I expressed this truth to my partner. The dissonance between our desires became apparent, leading to the end of our relationship.

Throughout my practice, I became acutely aware of the wealth of information stored within my body—the pain, the sadness, the feelings of lack and unworthiness. With each session, I delved deeper into this wisdom, learning to make decisions based on my truth.

As I became more honest with myself and the person in my life, I experienced increasing dissonance within myself. I had already gleaned the lessons that the relationship had to offer, yet I remained tethered to him out of fear and disbelief in my ability to experience greater love.

I realized that staying in a relationship that no longer served me was akin to wearing shoes that no longer fit. If I didn’t trust that I could find a new pair of shoes, I might continue to wear the old ones, despite the pain they caused. Similarly, staying in a relationship that no longer aligned with my truth would only lead to pain and discomfort.

Through Bodi Kemistri, I learned to lean into the pain—to explore its depths and uncover its messages. I discovered that the pain stemmed from my own feelings of unworthiness and disbelief in my deserving of love. But I also realized that this belief was a lie—I am inherently worthy of love and deserving of all the happiness life has to offer.

Bodi Kemistri taught me to release the old patterns and beliefs that no longer served me—to let go of the shoes that no longer fit and trust that new ones would come. With each breath, I embraced the discomfort, knowing that it was a necessary step on the path towards healing and self-discovery.

Initially when the relationship ended, I grappled with feelings of anger and victimhood, blaming him for the pain I experienced. However, as I continued to practice Bodi Kemistri, I experienced breakthrough revelations. I shifted my focus from resentment to gratitude, recognizing the positive aspects of the relationship and the lessons it taught me.

Moreover, I began to understand how the relationship exposed generational curses—patterns of low self-worth, limited thinking, victimhood, and poverty mindset passed down through my lineage. With renewed intention, I dove deeper into my Bodi Kemistri practice, using breathwork to move stagnant energies trapped within my body.

Central to Bodi Kemistri is the concept of proper pelvic alignment. Without it, energy stirred up by breathwork remains trapped within the body. Therefore, our practice places heavy emphasis on aligning the pelvis, allowing energy to flow freely and facilitating emotional release.

It’s important to note that Bodi Kemistri is not a quick fix. It’s a journey—a commitment to self-discovery and healing that takes time and dedication. With each class, we gain insight into our bodies and invite further exploration into areas that require attention.

The name Bodi Kemistri reflects the transformative power of breathwork, which alters our body’s internal chemistry. When we breathe deeply, we flood our bodies with oxygen, promoting relaxation and clarity. Conversely, shallow breathing deprives our cells of oxygen, leading to stress and tension.

In conclusion, the art of letting go is not about forgetting or suppressing our emotions—it’s about honoring them and allowing them to flow through us. Through the practice of Bodi Kemistri, we can release stored trauma, reclaim our power, and create space for love, peace, and healing to enter our lives.

Join me on this journey of self-discovery and transformation. Together, let’s unlock the wisdom of our bodies and embrace the power of letting go.
